The artist

Hey there, I'm Adam Ryan, the artist and rebel mind behind False Alarm Art. My journey started in a small town where I came out of the closet in high school, only to be pulled into a conversion therapy church. But from those ashes, I emerged stronger, prouder, and more determined to live authentically—and to create art that does the same.

What I do

At False Alarm Art, I take forgotten vintage and thrifted pieces and transform them into something that speaks louder, laughs harder, and sometimes pokes fun at the things we were told to believe. Whether it's dick earrings that flip the script or irreverent art that mocks the sacred, my work is all about giving a voice to the past with a modern, unapologetic twist. I blend humor, irony, and a whole lot of pride into everything I create, turning the old and overlooked into something bold and unforgettable.
